We want you to love Jet Set Jane. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions (Pro and Lux tiers). If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
- This is your first subscription to the tier (new customers or tier upgrades)
- You have not previously received a refund for the same tier
The 30-day guarantee applies to:
- New Pro subscriptions (annual or monthly)
- New Lux subscriptions (annual or monthly)
- Upgrades from one tier to another (refund for the difference in price)
What Is NOT Covered
Refunds are not available for:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
- Partial months or years (if you cancel after 30 days, you'll continue to receive service through the end of your billing period but no refund will be issued)
- Free tier (since it's free, no refund is applicable)
- Duplicate or repeat subscriptions to the same tier
- Refund requests made after 30 days from the initial purchase date
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- We'll process the refund to your original payment method
- You'll receive a confirmation email
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company
- Your subscription will be immediately downgraded to the Free tier
- You'll continue to receive basic (Free tier) alerts from your home airport
Cancellation vs. Refund
It's important to understand the difference:
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime. You'll continue to receive service through the end of your current billing period, but won't be charged again. No refund is provided for the current period (unless within the 30-day guarantee window).
- Refund: Available only within 30 days of initial purchase. You'll receive your money back and your account will be downgraded to Free tier immediately.
Special Circumstances
While our standard policy is as stated above, we understand that special circumstances may arise. If you have a unique situation (e.g., medical emergency, technical issues preventing service use), please contact us. We'll review your case individually and do our best to find a fair solution.
Fair Use Policy

- Using the service extensively and then requesting a refund on day 29
